Born from a Love of Exceptional Coffee
StarCoffee was founded in 2015 with a simple belief: that great coffee has the power to connect people and create moments worth remembering. We source our beans directly from small family farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — farmers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Every batch is small-roasted in-house by our head roaster, bringing out the unique character and terroir of each origin. From the earthy complexity of our single-origin espresso to the smooth brightness of our cold brew, every cup is a carefully composed experience.
